I deleted my Twitter account the other day in favour of Jaiku. I just couldn't find a Twitter client on OS X that worked well consistently. Plus their IM support didn't work so well (e.g., I turned on IM notifications and yet I never was notified of anything but my own posts). And finally there have been some availability issues at random occasions.
So I moved over to Jaiku. I am using Juhu as a desktop app and it's rather nice. Plus the IM support is good. I even like their settings pages better. The only drawback so far is that the only badge Jaiku has for blogs that actually lists the last few updates is Flash-based. Otherwise I am happy so far.
