For some reason, this year there has been an increase in the number of people telling me about what they don't like about Google for various things. I don't think they expect me to fix them, but they do seem to think that somehow the information is valuable to me or that I can at least get the info to the right people.
The problem is that everyone has an opinion. Having me say "I don't like this" is just another person making another suggestion. And I am sure everyone makes suggestions.
The worst thing, though, is when people question the quality of the software. My brother, for instance, had something break on him. That's unfortunate, but you have to realize how hard it is to develop software that is to support millions of people. It's damn hard. And getting right every single time is not easy. An occasional hiccup happens, just like anything else. So when people point out some little issue in software that was not caused by some asinine design choice, just cut the developers some slack.

WHAT!!!! CUT DESIGNERS SLACK!!! DO THEY THINK THE WORLD IS AN EASY PLACE TO BE OR SOMETHING!!! COME ON GOOOOOOOGLE KIDS!!! YOU HAVE SNACKS EVERY 100FT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! SOON YOU'LL HAVE PEOPLE BREATHING FOR YOU OR SOMETHING!!!
Don't worry Brett I'm not mad because of a hiccup. But when they even give you a website to go to for problems and that isn't even functioning, I think someone had a few too many goodies at the nearby google snack stand instead of working??
