Goals of the New Year

A new year, a new set of goals. First and foremost is to complete my transition over as a Canadian. This means registering my car in BC, getting a driver's license, and getting a Canadian passport. Getting my car registered is most important. The driver's license might be required for a Canadian passport since the web site for them says they need a governmental or provincial ID and don't mention foreign government documents. But I can always just try with my US passport and hope for the best.

Next is exercise. I started exercising before I left for Cal Poly, but I got out of habit after my traveling just before leaving for SLO. I tried to pick it up again at Google this past summer, but I managed to pull a muscle by my left shoulder blade so I stopped. Hopefully I can pick it back up this year.

Last is sports. I want to learn how to rock climb indoors. I want to bike ride more. I want to learn how to turn on ice skates.

Here's to hoping I get to a third of these things. =)
