Got to love something that is illegal but not enforced, like pot smoking in Vancouver. =) But at least the state is saying that this is bad and you shouldn't toss this stuff out in the garbage.

wasting my tax dollar to say something when they can't do anything about it :P They should force all cities to distribute a trash bin that's for electronics only.
