Video a friend of mine sent me a while back. Meesh didn't even know about the cultural differences between squats before watching this informative video. But since being educated she now realizes she does the Asian Squat.

When Brett showed me the "Asian Squat" mini-instructional film, it totally cracked me up. It would be soooo fun to make short videos like that on other stuff that I see around me, especially slight cultural differences in Vancouver. Like how to pronounce the words "process" and "progress." Hmm, the digital camera that Brett is loaning me has got a record a short video function. Yes, yes... *cackles mischieviously*
