The Globe and Mail: Salmonella sparks bean-sprout scare
I warned Jackie about this back in high school and I feel I should do my civic duty to warn anyone else out there who eats this weird stuff; bean-sprouts can have Salmonella! Don't eat it! You will be taunted by us meat-loving folk and you will fall ill. Say no to the sprout!
