Starting my credit from scratch

Turns out my American credit rating is worthless when it comes to getting a Canadian credit card. So I get to start all over again with a student card. Bah. The credit line is borderline useless. At least the number of bills I need to pay here are so few that it won't be difficult to make sure I stay on top of them.
