Workout #2 today.  Supposed to do one to two set of 13 to 20 reps, but I didn't see the "one or" part, so I did two sets of 13 reps for everything.  Numbers of amount of weight in lbs.::
bicep curl: 15
triceps extension: 5
lateral raise: 10
incline fly: 5
lat pulldown: 45
step-back lunge: 15
reverse crunch: N/A
"superman" back extension: N/A
The thing I need to start remembering to do is to stretch at the end of my workout to keep from tensing up later (although I don't collapse and let my muscles relax initially since I take a shower afterwards).  I also need to make sure I check in at the front desk.  =)
It still feels good to work out.  Feels good knowing I am doing something healthy.  The perk that it is leading towards me filling out more and thus looking better is also nice.  =)
