Had a co-worker tell me today that I was a cheery, positive person and appreciated working around someone like that. This nice compliment came about when I was walking towards him while tapping my spoon on my yogurt with a positive look on my face. And it wasn't like this was a compliment to reinforce a sudden personality change; the suggestion was that I am like this day in and day out.
So the next time anyone says I seem to be cranky all the time or I need to smile (Dad!), I have a legitimate reason to snap at them for suggesting my demeanor is not normally positive. Or you just need to pay me like Google does. =)
