I can have Blogger from my own domain

Would anyone prefer to go to blog.drbrett.ca instead of askthoughts.blogpost.com? It looks like, if I want to put the time and effort in, I can have Blogger still host my blogs but reach them from my own domain. Anyone think this is worth it?
