Froogle Shopping List
So, I have a decision to make. Do I move my amazon.com wishlist to amazon.ca or to Froogle? Leaving it on amazon.com seems silly since I don't life in the States anymore and thus will do my Amazon shopping through amazon.ca. Normally I would just say I will stick with Amazon, but amazon.ca lags behind amazon.com by a good amount and thus I don't think it has the same wishlist setup (I have not created an amazon.ca account yet so I have not looked at the interface).
The perk of Froogle is that it should have a greater range of possible products. It also allows for comparison shopping amongst prices. The downside is that the companies do not necessarily ship to Canada.
That is amazon.ca's great perk. Knowing that anything I find there I can definitely have shipped to me is rather nice.
But there is also the issue of who the primary users are; me or people buying stuff for me. If I am the primary user, the amazon.ca perk is great. But if it is people in the States buying me things then it isn't so spectacular since they will still need to create an amazon.ca account and will get a currency conversion rate charge (although ordering from amazon.com has an International shipping cost tacked on if you don't mail something to my dad).
What do people think? amazon.ca, Froogle, or stick with amazon.com?
