Dinner with Jer and her friends

Yesterday I finished my project at work (hopefully it won't be too long before the public gets to see it). I was expecting that to be about it in terms of excitement for my day. But I gave Jer a call since she said in her blog she was on a slight emotional roller coaster thanks to it being her last day at work.

She was fine and actually ended up iniviting me to dinner with her and her friends from Walnut. Ended up eating at Great China, having gelato, and then seeing "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" at the California Theater (movie was good; definitely worth seeing, but I am not going to buy it on DVD).

As for today, I suspect I will try to knock off a thing or two on my todo list regarding UBC since my registration is done. Probably going to hunt for a bank to go with and then research VoIP options.
